The brand's history began at the moment when its founders decided that precious accessories should attract attention not only for their beauty, but also for the greatness of the idea embedded in them.
Since 2003, NIKA has been doing everything to ensure that watches labeled "Made in Russia" are associated with quality, reliability and attractive design all over the world, just as they were half a century ago.
Today, highly skilled craftsmen create unique watches made of gold and silver at Russia's largest Watch factory NIKA. But once upon a time it all started with a small independent production, which was founded by very different people - experienced entrepreneurs and businessmen, creative artists and, of course, watchmakers. They did not stand aside when watch factories began to close down one by one in the nineties and noughties, and the most valuable personnel and unique equipment turned out to be unclaimed. In an effort to preserve and enhance the former glory of Soviet watch brands, the founders of NIKI bought out machines and entire production lines, and organized new jobs for specialists with many years of experience.
Having gathered all the best from the legacy of a bygone era under the NIKA brand, people who believed in the revival of priceless traditions opened a new page in the history of watchmaking in Russia.
Dedicated to their work, NIKI's craftsmen carefully preserve and pass on the secrets of jewelry and watchmaking. In the tool shops, we independently produce the necessary equipment, from die–cutting dies for the manufacture of watch cases to machine tools for their processing. The design bureau is busy creating sketches that embody not only the author's fantasies, but also global fashion trends. A special department of Faberge College graduates, who design dials using the most sophisticated hot enamel technique, is engaged in exclusive series and individual orders.
