Stan Lee is an American writer, actor, producer, television presenter, screenwriter, editor and creator of many comic book characters, former president and chairman of the board of directors of Marvel Comics publishing house.
The autograph is located on the cover of the famous American weekly magazine "Time". As the publication became one of the leading news magazines, the appearance on its cover was an indicator of the status, fame and popularity of a person.
Marvel fans included not only ordinary readers, but also celebrities, such as Federico Fellini. In 1965, the Italian director was in New York on a working visit and accidentally caught the virus.#nbsp;
Fellini was lying in a hotel with a cold and had fun reading comics, among which were stories about Spider-Man and the Hulk. The director liked these characters so much that he called the publisher and set up a personal meeting with the editor. After that conversation, Fellini and Lee continued to communicate: the writer went to visit the director in Rome, and Fellini, during visits to New York, went with Lee to Broadway productions.
