Alexander Fyodorovich Kerensky (1881-1970) was a successful lawyer, deputy of the IV State Duma, Minister of Justice, Minister of War and Maritime, Minister-Chairman of the Provisional Government. For some contemporaries, he was a "knight of the revolution" and "the genius of Russian freedom", according to others ― the main culprit of the collapse of the Russian Empire and all subsequent upheavals. Kerensky also went down in history as an outstanding speaker and tribune, capable of igniting any heart. "Ah, if there had been television back then, no one would have been able to beat me!" ― he exclaimed in his declining years.
The memoirs of one of the most misunderstood Russian politicians describe the events that took place in Russia from the end of the XIX century to 1919.
