This collection is dedicated to jewelry and cultural masterpieces of Russia.
The theme of this medal is the exquisite products of the world–famous Russian court jeweler Carl Faberge, who is the creator of the widely known imperial Easter eggs, highly appreciated by collectors and jewelers all over the world.
Faberge Imperial eggs are not just fine jewelry, but also, above all, a unique idea of the author – an Easter gift with an unpredictable and original surprise inside.
On the obverse of the medal there is a color image of three famous imperial Easter eggs by Carl Faberge – "Coronation" with a surprise image in the form of a miniature replica of a gilded carriage, a Cockerel clock egg from the collection of the Faberge Museum in St. Petersburg, and an "Egg with a lattice and roses", which is on display at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore, USA.
The reverse side of the medal depicts coronation regalia: a Large Imperial crown, a scepter, a power from the collection of the Diamond Fund of the Russian Federation.
Also on the reverse side of the medal is an image of the lost emerald tiara of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, made by Bolin in 1900.
At the top is the name of the collection, at the bottom is the brand trademark, the Imperial logo, a combined brand and a unique number.
